Tizi is a workout App which allows a user to tailor-make their daily workout program(s)
The home screen contains the various body sections which the workouts are meant for.
Under that are the workouts, which are ,animated to show how the workout is supposed to be carried out.
The workouts are accompanied with explanations, which can be viewed by scrolling across the image of specific workout.
Then there is the program section which allows a user to add workout to a day. This is done by going to the specific workout, for example "bottoms up" pressing on the red button and then choosing the day. This can be repeated for more workouts per day and different programs different days
The application will then combine and animate the workouts.
